Hi, I’m Bria!
I’m Bria, a therapist-in-training who blends person-centered and evidence-based practices to guide individuals through their unique healing journeys. As a mother, wife, and artist, I love spending time outdoors with my family, whether we’re hiking, traveling, or playing tennis.
Being neurodivergent myself, I understand the pressures of today’s fast-paced, competitive world, and I believe it’s essential to prioritize finding joy, beauty, peace, and gratitude in our daily lives. I bring these values into my practice, helping my clients reconnect with themselves through mindfulness and creative therapies, to foster well-being.
As a person-centered therapist, my approach is collaborative. I walk alongside my clients, empowering them to make meaningful changes by focusing on what brings them joy and cultivating a more fulfilling life. I aim to create a welcoming space where science, empathy, and unconditional support combine, allowing me to tailor therapy to meet each individual’s unique needs.

With 15 years of experience in healthcare, including leadership roles, case management, credentialing, and serving as a bilingual eligibility counselor, I’ve gained valuable insights into the complexities of patient care and the impersonal nature of our healthcare systems. Now, as I transition into a clinical role as a therapist-in-training, I’m excited to focus more directly on helping individuals and families achieve their optimal well-being, drawing from my life experience to offer personalized and compassionate care.

I have been told that I'm funny, warm and nonjudgmental. Nothing offends or scares me off and I’m patient with others. Being neurodivergent, I can follow the thread and bounce around from topics along with you!
